OUR HISTORY
The Word of the Lord confirmed the Will of God and the House of God's Glory Ministries was in November, 2013, the House of God's Glory Ministries was conceived. In March, 2014, under the governance of Superintendent W. A. Brown, Davis/McLeod District and the Church of God In Christ, the church was launched. However, the Wind of the Holy Spirit shifted, and they followed the Glory Cloud. In June, 2014, the House of God's Glory Christian Fellowship found a home; a father in Archbishop Carl McComb, a mother in Mother Christine McComb and a family in the Archdiocese United Christian Fellowship.
The first service for the House of God's Glory was held at the Malvern Community Center. During one Sunday morning worship service, the spirit of the Lord spoke. Through the prophet Holy Spirit directed the church to know that as they began to appreciate this temporary place as if it was the best place in the world, He would bless them with a church building. One month later, the House of God's Glory Christian Fellowship stepped into an edifice at 216 S. Jackson Street in Slocomb, Alabama; the place where the glory continues to abide.
This House of God's Glory Christian Fellowship is led by the Spirit of the Lord. It chooses relationship over religion; kingdom over church. We are sent to help sons and daughters FULFILL PURPOSE, more than we are to fill pews. Our desire is TO SEE THE GLORY.
